What country should I move to?

Okay, I have officially decided the US is not going to be fixed; The government is a liberal house, and the economy goes a little bit farther down the toilet each year. So... I give the US 30 years maximum before it falls into anarchy or dictatorship. I want to move out of here as soon as I graduate college, so what is the best country for an accountant. (If it is not a country that speaks English, make it one with a minimum of foreign language.)
