The Choo Choo Barn & Other Lancaster Stuff...?

We were thinking about taking a long weekend to Pennsylvania next weekend - we got pes to hershey park so were were gonna do that one day and then we thought of going to Lancaster - to do the outlet shopping they have and the Choo Choo Barn for my three year old son - can anyone tell me how the Choo Choo Barn is and how good are the outlets...and anything else fun to do over there?
