Is this a good spec for a laptop ?

Its quite a good deal. I would try upgrading the battery, atleast 8 cell, and the graphics card. Only upgrade the graphics card if you are planning to play games. If not, then its fine. Processor is very good for a laptop so no need to upgrade that. The price in my opinion is a bit expensive, but not much.
