Religion, somebody has to know?

Ok, I am in no way attempting to undermine people's beliefs here, I just need a few things clarified that I don't understand. People say God is all knowing, and is all powerful. If God is all knowing, then he would know what every indivdual person is going to do throughout their life, even if there is free will, he would still know. So if you're going to Sin most of your life, he would know, and if he created you, he would know in advance you're going to do that, so why would he send you to hell when he made you that way? And if God is all powerful, he can control everything if he chooses to. Why did he have to rest on the seventh day? This would show even God can get tired. And that seventh day is Sunday, in which we all pray to him. Isn't rude to pray to somebody on their day off? And if God said "Thou shall not kill," then why have millions died and killed throughout history all in the name of God? More people have died in the name of God than to cancer or suicide. How does it work?
