Worst nightmare I've ever had.?

I was at an old friend's house, who I haven't seen in years. It was kind of trashy, but in a way that the owners adored. As my friend and his dad walked down the sidewalk to leave, I stopped to examine some of their lawn ornaments that they displayed with pride. They were like gl jars that contained what looked like dead humanoid creatures in formaldehyde at differing levels of decomposition. I started examining the freshest specimen. It looked like a fetus with an adult head, but the facial hair was really thin and patchy (i.e. like Joe Dirt). I started focusing on this look of terror and pain in it's eyes, when all of a sudden an air bubble floated into its mouth and I freaked! It was still alive. Don't remember anything after that, but this dream still freaks me out after almost two years. Any ideas?
