Television show of the 80/90's help. Teen Show Genie woman wished naked has black bars infront of her stuff

does anyone remember this show....its was about 2 guys probably 13-15.....and this woman (i think a genie because) grants wishes.....the first wish the guys wish for is she becomes naked...and when she becomes naked black censored bars go in place of her stuff...and when the guys try and remove them the room gets blackened and she gets real angry.
