Can Republicans reconcile the paradox below, regarding abortion and universal healthcare?

Pro-life, pro- war, anti universal health care Hmmm. I guess once your born...your fair game, in the shooting gallery, as long as they don't get wounded...then we ignore them. those unsightly homeless, and poor can't they hide somewhere were we don't see them until we need to use them for cannon fodder, or medical experiments? ( sarcasm) for those unable to recognize it.
