Uterine prolapse at 31 yrs old?

Sorry if this is too much info! I'm 31, and have delivered 2 children. I think I have a bit of uterine prolapse, its not causing me any discomfort. I plan to make an appointment with my gyno right away. Is this common in women my age to get this? I thought this was something more common in women during menopause. Also, what is the treatment? Can I still have more children with this condition?
