I Really Hope Someone Knows The Answer To This Ares Tube Question About The IPOD.....?

Ok...i have Ares Tube. Which is a video download thing for the ipod and itunes. It opens a browser, and lets u put youtube and a bunch of other sites with videos onto your ipod clic. OK...after it downloads into itunes, and converts into ipod form...i put it onto ipod fine. BUT...every single time...theres no volume at all. NONE. I keep thinking im missing a step. But...its in ipod form...an it goes onto the ipod ok...but no sound. Its NOT my volume settings in ipod because everything else plays fine. The videos plays fine in itunes BEFORE i put it onto the ipod with volume. But after its on the ipod...no volume. I thought maybe because ares doesnt work with vista. But cant be...it wouldnt even download or get this far if it didnt. Anyone have this problem or knows why theres no volume. Man...i'd owe whoever is right about this big time. Only respond if u know something...no guessing....thanks alot.
