Suitable 21st Gift for a guy?

i want to buy one of my close friends a great 21st present but have no idea what to get him. He owns a Nissan S13 Silvia that he wants to do up but I have no idea about cars or what he needs to do it up. He is into Motocross riding but doesn't do it much now that he lives in the City so I can't think of much to do with that. I want to spend under $200 on him. I was thinking about flights to Sydney for a weekend away but his girlfriend would get upset cos she can't afford to go (her n I don't really get along either) I was also thinking about a gift voucher from Auto Barn but wanted something a little bit more personalised. Last year I made up a scrapbook for him and for Christmas I gave him tickets to Dreamworld (he lives in Brisbane) Any ideas from a Males perspective would be SO GREATLY appreciated!!! (He is into AFL esp. the West Coast Eagles. If anyone knows where I can get a Jersey with his name on it thats also on my list!!!)
