yup sounds good! but i would add in sum friut/veges as snacks, your meant to eat about every 3 hours its meant to speed up your metabolism, if you dont eat regulary (even if its just a small snack) your body will store the food. make sure you drink plenty of water.a handful of nuts are also a good snack and a good source of protein. situps, lunges, squats, press ups, dancing, walking and running are all good exercises. limiting your carbohydrate foods is also a good way to loose weight
