How can i be sure that im training enough?
iv been training for th past say 5 weeks for the athletics season which is about to begin..im 17 years old..iv been doing a lot of uphill sprints everyday,because im training for 100m,200m and 400m..i practice for about 1 hour 30 min 6 times a week..i do 150 meters at about 75% (5 reps),then 70 meters at 100%(5 reps) and 10 meters at 100% (6 reps) and a light jog to end off..thing is i want to know if im supposed to feel faster in order to know that i am getting faster,or will i only feel it when i start running,and also do you think i am training hard enough? please help me..
