Harry Potter Lego Years 1-4 Nintendo DS i Help on Second YR!!?

I am stuck on the Slytherin Corridors were you have to sneak p Argus Filch. I do not how to distract him. Or is here no way to do so and I have to run for it? If so, how can I do it? IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE PLZ HELP ME !!!!!!
