Boyfriend crisis!! plz help?

my boyfriends mom is soo protective of him weve been going out for almost a two years and she thinks that we arfe moving way to fast and that its too soon she says that we cant make out and that we are not in love that we are in love with the idea of being in love. and that 80% of the time we fight. i agree that we have our disagreements sometimes but we hardly ever fight. she says that if was up nto her thats she would make us breakup and not be able to be together for a couple of years. she also said that we cant see eachother all the time and we never stop thinking about each other that we dont focus on schoolwork or friends, i dont agree i am extreemly focused on my straight a grades, athletics , and friends but i agree that we cant see each other 24/7 or as much as wed loike to see each other. what should i do?
