Best dog food for Blue Merle Collie (UK)?

We have a collie and we feed him Burns. It's the only food that doesn't give him a funny tummy, it satisfies him more than other food, plus it seems to keep him reined in a bit. Also he seems to shed his coat rather a lot with other food but it doesn't happen with Burns.
