Any Suggestions for good Lentil Recipes (Chana Dal) Please?

I bought a big pot of reduced price chana dal lentils in Tesco yesterday. There were a couple of recipes on the pot, and I use quite a few lentils in soups and stews, but would be interested and grateful for any other recommended recipes please. Preferably without too many unusual ingredients.
